- Door-to-door assistance (driver helps in/out of vehicle)
- Standard booking (48 hrs notice required)
- Access to caregiver/family booking portal
Essential
- 6-8 rides per week (within 20km radius)
- Priority booking (same-day availability when possible)
- 2 deliveries per month
- Family notification when transport is completed
Independence
- 12–14 rides per week (within 20km radius)
- 8 deliveries per month
- Accompanied transport option (driver waits up to 1 hour at appointment)
- Dedicated booking hotline (phone support, priority scheduling)
- Monthly wellness check-in report shared with family
